Degitore Media LLC, located at 179-17 149th Ave, Jamaica, NY 11434-5631, United States, has formally accepted the terms of the Microsoft Partner Agreement with Microsoft Corporation (One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA), effective October 18, 2025, and remains fully bound by its provisions.

Under these official terms, Degitore Media LLC is fully authorized to resell Microsoft products through the following credentials:

• Program Assignment: Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Program
• Authorized Territory: United States region and market
• Partner Verification: Fully logged and auditable in the official Microsoft Partner Directory.

This verification ensures that all Microsoft product keys distributed through our platform are sourced through authorized channels, pass manufacturer validation checks, and are eligible for official updates and security patches.

Upon payment, you receive a lifetime (perpetual) retail license key to activate software on the specified number of devices (usually 1 PC). No recurring subscription is required.

Subject to successful payment validation and compliance with this Agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and perpetual right to use the delivered software key. License permissions vary by product type:

• Personal / Home Editions: Licensed strictly for individual, non-commercial use by a single user on a single personal computer (PC) or Mac, as specified at checkout.
• Professional / Enterprise Editions: Licensed for commercial business environments, workstation configurations, or specialized developer use.
• Server Licenses: Core-based or client-access (CAL) licenses designed to run on Windows Server operating systems in corporate network environments.

Because these are lifetime retail licenses, they do not expire. You have the right to use the software indefinitely without monthly or annual subscription fees.

To activate your software, download the files directly from the publisher’s official secure links, enter your unique key, and activate online. Our technical team is available daily for installation support.

All customers must follow the standardized installation path to ensure security and compliance:

1. Download the installer files directly from the links provided in your delivery email, which point exclusively to secure, official publisher repositories (such as Microsoft’s setup servers).
2. Install the software on your device in accordance with the setup instructions.
3. Enter your unique retail product key when prompted by the application interface to validate your license.
4. Complete the online activation process to verify your genuine license status with the manufacturer’s network.

License keys are monitored. Sharing keys with unauthorized users, over-installing on multiple devices, or attempting to modify the software will result in immediate license termination.

To preserve database integrity and protect intellectual property, the following actions are strictly prohibited under this Agreement:

• Installing a single product key on more distinct devices than specified by your purchased license type (e.g., trying to activate three separate computers with a single 1-PC license key).
• Redistributing, renting, leasing, sublicensing, sharing, or reselling our digital keys to third parties.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying the software files provided by the original publisher.
• Circumventing or disabling any validation, digital rights management (DRM), or online activation security mechanisms.

We actively monitor license redemption trends. Any keys flagged for distribution abuse or duplicate over-activation will be permanently blocked and blacklisted from our database.

Your license key is backed by a 90-day defective warranty. Our total liability is strictly capped at the purchase price of the key. We are not liable for local computer errors.

Our licenses are fully guaranteed to work. If a product key fails to activate, is flagged as invalid, or is incorrect, you are fully covered under our 90-Day Refund and Returns Policy. We will supply a working replacement key or issue a full refund back to your original payment method.

We are not responsible for any local computer registry conflicts, operating system corruptions, or third-party blocks (such as antivirus suites) that prevent your system from running the software. Our liability under this Agreement is strictly limited to the monetary value of your purchase.

Upon the issuance of any replacement key or financial refund, the original product key is instantly revoked and deactivated inside our servers, rendering it unusable on all devices.
